Album of the Week- Crest of the Knave
By Jethro Tull
Jethro Tull is such a great band, and in concert they are just as amazing. His Aqualung anniversary concert was the first concert I ever went to, and I must say that
Jethro Tull holds a place in my heart for that.
I am a flute player, so when I listen to Jethro Tull I cannot help but admire Anderson's amazing flute playing. He really is a fantastic flute player.
He does not have a very strong accent in his records, but in concert is very prominent, and actually sounds really good anyhow.
My favourite songs on the album are:
"Farm On The Freeway," "Budapest," "She Said She Was A Dancer,"
and "Jump Start."
I absolutely love how the flute mixes with the guitar sound into this addictive sound that can put you in a reverie where music is all you can hear, and it envelops you from all
sides.
Jethro Tull is simply amazing! Check them out if you don't know their music.
