They were nominated for the Grammy Awards in 2001 for "Vampires" as the Best Rock Instrumental Performance, in 2003 for "I Stand Alone" as the Best Rock Song AND the Best Hard Rock Performance, and in 2004 for "Straight Out of
Line" as the Best Hard Rock Performance. 

I love the song "Vampires" because it describes exactly how I feel about the Twilight series (I don't think very highly of it, but seriously, who does?? What is with the human fascination with vampires?)

This band, a reccomendation from a good friend, is a budding pop band from Scottsdale, Arizona.

If you are a fan of more mainstream, upbeat, pop, and happy music, this is definitely the band for you!

These guys are AWESOME in concert with intense energy that really makes the music enjoyable. They are really worth looking into and I suggest that you're in the mood to jump around and sing along and air guitar when you crank up the music. Check out the Young Guns Website!

 These guys are AMAZING in concert. I had never seen anything like it before. The lead singer, Dennis Tvrdik, has amazing stage presence, and the whole band is very charismatic. They were so great, and they didn't even have their bass guitarist (for some reason...?). 

I suggest you check them out. They are a very small band and soooooo good. They need fans and support so they can make it through the preliminary stages of being a band.
